Richmond Memorial Library Association

Although a public library, we are governed by a private association – the Richmond Memorial Library Association with an elected nine member board. We encourage and invite all library users to join the Richmond Memorial Library Association. Your support – both financial and participatory is welcome. Our annual membership drive begins every September.
