Elementary music educator Kenneth Quesnel and his MUSICal stARTS program. His program addresses ways to introduce music and movement into a young person’s life through singing in tune, keeping a beat, and moving artistically. The program is best suited for children ages 2-7 (ages 2-4 with parent/caregiver supervision.)
