Weekly prizes are awarded to all who complete 80 mins of reading per week. Prizes include toys, candy, books and more. Read & participate in challenges to earn raffle entries. Raffles include movie tickets, gift cards, books and more and are drawn at random weekly. Each book you read gets you a raffle entry. Raffles include big store gift cards, movie tickets, restaurants etc and are drawn at random weekly.

Richmond’s Summer Reading Program for adults this year is embracing the science theme with a twist – The Science of Food. Adults may register beginning June 25 and they’ll get a cooking related incentive just for signing up.

Programs this summer include: How to Make Cheese with Beltane Farm outside the library on Tuesday, July 22. Bring a chair or blanket and bug spray! No registration is required.

Gluten Free: Tips for Going Gluten Free with Donna Grimm, R.N., M.A. on Tuesday, July 29 at 6PM. Registration required.

There’s also our weekly Friday raffle beginning July 11 – remember to record your books you have read to be eligible.
